Up to four of your people assessed for competence in one day, on your own site and machines, with minimum downtime. Plus a written safe-system pack for each topic. No hired-in machines, no travelling to a centre.
PHW has certificated thousands of candidates nationwide, for multinationals and small firms alike.

Each one is assessed on your own machine, on your own site.
The same order every time, whatever the machine.
The same evidence structure across every machine category.
Award and Unit Credit certificates for each qualification, the theory test record, the practical assessment record, and an operator's card with a QR code that opens their live verify page on any phone.
A site evidence statement setting out who was assessed, on what, and the decision reached. It is the evidence behind your duty under regulation 9 of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) to make sure everyone who uses work equipment has received adequate training. Keep it with your own written authorisation for each operator on each machine. The law page sets out the steps.
The digital training matrix holds each certificate and record with its date: who has had what and when, skills gaps, refresher due dates with reminders, and a forward plan you can show HSE. Each qualification also shows its award date on the operator's own live verify page.

A worked example covering a full set of machine categories: Award and Unit Credit certificates, the theory and practical assessment basis for each qualification, the assessor's decision, and the QR codes that open them. Marked SAMPLE throughout, so it can be shared freely.

Run a pub, bar, club or off-licence? That has its own pages, with no machines on them: the three licensing packs, the staff training evidence and a one-minute check. Start at pubs and licensed premises.
