Open the sample operator packEvery employer must provide the training and supervision needed to keep employees safe at work, so far as is reasonably practicable: Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 section 2(2)(c). Where people use work equipment, PUWER 1998 regulation 9 asks for adequate training. Your records are the evidence, and a criminal fine cannot be insured.
