A worker unloading cargo from a delivery trailer stepped onto a roller deck with a 10cm gap while trying to free stuck items with colleagues. When the cargo came free, a skid struck and trapped his leg.
Injuries: Through-knee amputation of the left leg; now wheelchair-dependent and requires prosthetic limbs.
