On 10 November 2023 a worker fell through an unprotected roof light while passing materials during refurbishment work at a domestic property in Fulham. The company had failed to implement protective measures such as scaffolding, guard rails, crash decks or harness systems.
Injuries: Life-changing injuries sustained after falling onto a concrete floor below.
