A man playing five-a-side football, a user of the facility and not a worker, was electrocuted by a faulty floodlight when he climbed a fence to retrieve the ball at Mountbatten Leisure Centre. The floodlight had worn and faulty wiring that had not been properly inspected and maintained, despite a previous electric shock incident reported a month earlier.
