An ATV with no doors overturned while being driven down a hillside after the driver lost control, and the passenger was ejected from the vehicle. Neither the driver nor the passenger had been given adequate training or was wearing a seatbelt, and no routine pre-use checks were made on the farm's vehicles.
Injuries: Fatal crush injuries; died at the scene.
