Retail NVQs range from level 1 to level 3 and are aimed at individuals working in, or seeking work in, a variety of retail settings. These may include department stores, shops, e-retail through online shopping, distribution and warehousing.

Retail is an exciting and fast-moving sector with a wide range of opportunities for career progression, including store management, product and sales management, warehouse and distribution management and stock control management, as well as the roles of senior sales consultant and buyer.
